Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets within the catering and hotel sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to coordinate catering and event services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the catering sales process from initial contact through event execution, maintaining open communication with clients to tailor services to their needs.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring that all client specifications are detailed and effectively communicated to the operations team.
- Lead and mentor the catering sales team, promoting professional development and maintaining a high-performance work environment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel's catering services and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications: 

- Proven experience in catering sales and management, preferably within a hotel setting.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software, event management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field preferred.
